We believe strongly in the value of Odelphi and take full responsibility for your satisfaction.

If you don’t absolutely love it for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund* for 1 opened pouch**. No questions asked! (Unopened pouches can be returned as normal within 30 days).

Just let us know within 30 Days of receiving your delivery.

Simply follow these easy steps:

1. Please email us at hi@myodelphi.com with the header: RETURN and let us know that you’d like a refund, and how many open / un-open packs you’ll be returning (1 open pouch only).
2. We will email you the address where you can return your product(s).
3. Place the pouch(s) in an envelope and mail it to us.
4. Email us the tracking number for your return.
5. We will initiate your refund within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Can I get a refund even if it’s not my first purchase?

You might have a legitimate reason to request a refund, such as damaged packaging, if so please contact us immediately.

*Full refund means the total amount you paid for up to 1 bag of each flavour + shipping and handling + sales tax. Customer is responsible for return shipping. **Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.

What If I Receive Damaged Or Defective Item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately.

If you would be so kind, please send us pictures showing the damage.

Our customer happiness team will do its best to send you a replacement right away.
